In the beginning of the year 2021, the 2nd Wuhan new factory into production, who is focus on auto metal part mass production, a new 2000T mass production line finished assembly.
In the year of 2020, the 1st Wuhan factory moved to self-own and built new factory, which covers an area of 50 acres, the main business is automotive metal stamping tool and die. New press machine 800 tons and 1600 tons, equipped with the corresponding large feeder, which can test the production of continuous tool and die. At the same time, 3 meters and 4 meters of CNC processing center is ready for machining. With the new equipment, production capacity has been improved.
Currently Wuhan company can produce 1600T progressive mould and 3000 tons transfer mould. Mainly with Honda, Nissan and Toyota and other Japanese customers, can produce 300 sets of various types of auto parts of the mould every year.
Since the year of 2019, Wuhan factory has obtained ISO9001 and IAF16949 system certification. In the future, we will provide better supporting services for customers with better product quality and more competitive prices.
Last year was a special and hard period for our Wuhan factory due to COVID-19,
Suffered serious life and work challenges, and eventually survived under the help of government, customers and partners. Now everything back to normal gradually, Wuhan factory will certainly work hard to provide customer with high quality products and service.
